Having served for over 20 years in key roles in the retail, consumer goods, manufacturing/ marketing, automotive development and renewable energy industries, his challenge is now to benefit from his 15 years presence in the Asian market. Here to bring high end technology providers from Europe together with clients in the region. As well as to extend those relationships to his partner network around the globe.
Besides going for renewable energy projects, Thorsten is also pursuing interim management roles for companies in need of quick and efficient management support in CEO, MD and CFO functions, preferably in Asia.
Thomas Rummer, aged 50, associated Partner of EFC Renewables, has more than 20 years of progressive experience in multi faceted highly competitive production environments demanding continuous improvements, profound knowledge in product development and common manufacturing methodologies as well as renewable energy systems such as Biodiesel, Biomass Conversion to Power and Solar PV Systems. Dynamic, challenge driven, results-oriented and entrepreneurial minded with proven track record as senior executive. Skilled in grasping the big picture, conceptualising, developing and implementing solutions. Successful through partnering closely with business leaders and C level executives as well as with shop floor team members.
With his cross cultural experience in Europe, Asia and Australia, he is well known for pragmatically leading and motivating cross functional and multinational teams that exceed corporate expectations.
